AMD Display Library SDK Updated with Eyefinity Support

AMD Display Library SDK

After the official launch of AMD’s Radeon HD 5870 Eyefinity 6 Edition, AMD publishes now an update of its AMD Display Library (ADL) SDK with Eyefinity support.

ADL is a C library designed to access display driver functionality for ATI Radeon and ATI FirePro graphics cards.

You can download the ADL SDK HERE.

What’s new in version 3.0 ?

  • Enumerate ATI Eyefinity Modes for both normal and bezel-compensated conditions
  • Discover the overall topology of an ATI Eyefinity display mode, including which pixels are visible and which ones are behind the bezel
  • Identify the user’s main display
  • Determine the number of viewable pixels in an ATI Eyefinity display mode
