A new set of NVIDIA graphics drivers (BETA version) is available. R275.27 is one of the first public version of the new Release 275 family. R275.27 supports all GeForce from GeForce 6 to the very latest GeForce GTX 560.
You can download R275.27 from these pages:
R275 family Overview

I’d the prefer the automatic update to not be silent. I want to know when a new profile has arrived.
That being said, Witcher 2 is also fixed, yay
New SCALING settings are also great! thx
How much faster drivers for 560Ti than?
seems to be alot of background crap running with these, stupid automatic update crap mainly.. i dont have a need for it :/
guess i have to do a clean install, remove nvidia update..and HD while im there..
Some info about what the two new OpenGL extensions do would be nice:
GL_NV_path_rendering
WGL_NV_DX_interop2
@xcbb: totally agree with you 😉
Check the OpenGL extension registry on OpenGL.org should be a description there
The reason why I read news sites is that I don’t have to go to every site of some organization/someone/company/government to check what they have done recently
A nice few lines of explaining their purpose=function would be appropriate for geeks3d.
AFAIK, NVIDIA has not released any papers describing new extensions.
what, you did not say anything about the FXAA implementation? 🙁
Don’t use these, made the Witcher 2 run a lot slower. extremely slower. reverted back and it was fine. i5@4.3 ghz, gtx 460 SE, 8gb cosair dominator.
Thanks Michael, I think that explains it xcbb. That’s a bit odd though I thought extensions normally are immediately published on the registry. How else are people able to try it out besides nVidia interns only?
Does it upgrade OpenGL performance like PBO Texture Performance and glReadPixels that lack in 4xx and 5xx?
Please test OpenGL performance upgrade on Cinebench..
@realbabilu In 2011 you shouldn’t use either of these functionalities (their old fashion and known to be slow)
@DrBalthar
Do you believe this B******T from Nvidia ? glReadPixels is not a deprecated function and it’s artificially capped from Nvidia in the driver to force a rupture in the market. they may fix this, but we have no confidence in them anymore. They will probably fix this and broke any other OpenGl thing to slowdown and throttle users.
@realbabilu
No it doesn’t upgrade perfeormance, the problem persists and Nvidia has no words to say about it, because it’s the way they want to see the market. This is made to cause prejudice to OSS and OpenGL users. Don’t buy those unless you’re only a media consumer. If you intend to start to jump to professional side, this is not the MId Range card that will helps you with the task.
