Adrenalin 22.11.3 exposes OpenGL 4.6 and 283 extensions (core profile) for a Radeon RX 6800 XT. Compared to previous driver 22.10.3, 5 new extensions have been added:
– GL_ARB_seamless_cube_map
– GL_KHR_shader_subgroup
– GL_NV_depth_buffer_float
– GL_NV_float_buffer
– GL_NV_texture_barrier
It looks like these new extensions are rather old extensions that have been removed in Adrenalin 22.7.1 (remember, the driver with tons of OpenGL optimizations!). Before 22.7.1, the AMD OpenGL driver had 331 OpenGL extensions (22.6.1)… So we can expect more new GL extensions in next Radeon drivers.
