AMD has released few days ago a beta version of its Catalyst driver with the support of latest A10 Kaveri APUs.
You can download it from this page.
This driver supports OpenGL 4.3 and exposes 276 extensions (GL=253 and WGL=23). Compared to Catalyst 13.12 WHQL, this driver adds 13 OpenGL extensions and removes two ones:
