The GeForce GTS 250 is powered by the G92b, the same GPU than GeForce 9800 GTX+.

Twintech GeForce GTS 250 is equiped with a custom VGA cooler (by Arctic Cooling) and offers two SLI connectors for 3-way SLI. In the side of power connectors, the video card requires two 6-pin PCI-Exp connectors.

The temperature in idle mode (rest mode!) is around 30 degrees and under heavy load with FurMark, the GPU temperature reaches 68 degrees.

Performance of the GeForce GTS 250 are the same than the GeForce 9800 GTX+ and, depending on the 3D application, are almost half of a GeForce GTX 260 core 216 (worst case). From others reviews, the GeForce GTS 250 is in the same performance segment than the Radeon HD 4850.

    Normal GTS 250 is about 10-15% better than 4850
    TWINTECH GTS 250 XT OC Edition is about 15-20% better than 4850
    IT’s about 10% wore than 4870…
