AMD Radeon Software Adrenalin 23.7.2 Released

AMD Software Adrenalin Edition July 2023


 
AMD has published a graphics driver for all modern Radeon graphics cards. Adrenalin 23.7.2 supports Radeon RX 7900, RX 7700, RX 7600, RX 6000, RX 5000, RX 500, RX 400 and RX Vega graphics cards. Radeon for laptop are also supported (RX 6800M, RX 6700M, RX 6600M, RX 6500M, RX 6300M, RX 5700M/5600M/5500M/5300M, and 600 Series Graphics).

Adrenalin 23.7.2 comes with one new OpenGL extension and the support of the new Radeon RX 7900 GRE (not mentioned in the release notes).

Fixed Issues
– Stuttering may be observed while playing Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II with Radeon™ Anti-Lag enabled.
– Intermittent corruption may be observed around some player models while playing Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA Mega Mix+ on some AMD Graphics Products, such as the Radeon RX 6900 XT.
– Higher than expected GPU Memory Utilization when using certain Record and Stream settings such as Instant Replay.
– Display signal may be lost after switching windows on certain Adaptive-Sync enable displays on some AMD Graphics Products, such as the Radeon RX 7900 XTX.
– Audio may intermittently become out of sync with video when recording from AMD Software: Adrenalin Edition with AVC and HEVC codecs.

Adrenalin 23.7.2 exposes Vulkan 1.3.250 and 163 device extensions for a Radeon RX 7900 XT / XTX on Windows 10 (64-bit). The Vulkan support is similar to the previous v23.7.1, with 163 device extensions.
