NVIDIA has officially launched the fourth member of the RTX 40 family: the GeForce RTX 4070. The RTX 4070 is based on the AD104 GPU (Ada Lovelace architecture) with 5888 CUDA cores, 46 raytracing cores, 184 tensor cores, 184 TMUs and 64 ROPs. The graphics memory has the same features than the RTX 4070 Ti: 12GB GDDR6X on a 192-bit memory bus.
The RTX 4070 has the same number of CUDA cores than the… RTX 3070!
Main competitors: GeForce RTX 3080 and Radeon RX 6800 XT.
