AMD has unveiled yesterday, during the GDC 2016 Capsaicin event, the GPU roadmap for the next three years:

AMD GPU roadmap 2016 - 2019

The Vega (2017) architecture will be the first GPU to use the new HBM2 memory technology, Polaris (planned for mid-2016) GPU being limited to GDDR5 / HBM. The Navi architecture should be there around 2018 with a mysterious scalability feature…

Maybe the scalability feature will be tile-based rendering to allow for more efficient rendering on non-mobile GPU’s. Inspired by Vulkan new accommodations to those rendering architectures.
